6,500 22 rounds. lotta bore cleaner....how dose one clean a 22 ? fire another shot ! spray in teflon and or wd 40 easiest cal ta keep ready. :smile:

A, uh, "friend" of mine just picked up the CMMG 22LR Conversion kit for his evil black rifle. "He" says its an awful lot of fun to work through those 50cal cans filled with 22. "His" trigger control is getting very good as is his target acquisition and shooting while moving. "He" says it was $200 very well spent and has paid for itself in about 3 weeks.

I just picked up 5500 rounds of 22lr at Walmart. Federal bulk pack for ~$150 with tax and everything.
Got another 800 rounds of 7.62 x 54r from aimsurplus for $150 plus tax and shipping. One of these days I am going to get a Mosin Nagant and shoot that stuff!! |

I want one of those Finn Mosins put can't justify spending that much on another firearm right now.
OP you can never have too much .22 ammo. I have over 50 bricks now of the stuff and I will continue to pick up a few everytime my local Wally World gets them in. I need to get me another rifle and a pistol that can fire this stuff just so I can spread out the ammo a little between firearms. |

I remember when you could buy 762x39 at about the same price as .22
wish I had bought more then, and now when you can't find much of anything...and I come across a pallet of .223 and the price is high I think what is it gonna be on 20 years? then I wish I had more cash |
